The Cornell Institute for Climate Smart Solutions is asking agricultural producers and advisers to complete the following short survey to provide input on the new Climate Smart Farming (CSF) Grape Hardiness and Freeze Risk Tool that has been developed to help agricultural producers manage risk and maintain profitability in a changing climate. The survey results will help Cornell develop new decision tools that are most useful to producers and their advisers. Your participation is voluntary, but your feedback is important to us. The survey should take no more than a few minutes to complete. All responses in the Cornell Qualtrics survey tool are confidential. We anticipate that your participation in this survey presents no greater risk than everyday use of the Internet. We appreciate your input! For further information on this project, please contact us at email@example.com.
